No matter where you stay at the Wisconsin Dells Glacier Canyon Lodge, you automatically get Free access to all of the Outdoor and Indoor Water Fun Attractions available at the resort. The Waterparks at Glacier Canyon Lodge are Exclusively for the Guests at the Wilderness Resort. This means that people staying at other hotels and resorts cannot visit the Wilderness Resort and purchase tickets. This is a guest-only option.
Not just a Pool but Multiple Water Parks
The Wilderness Resort has the largest Resort Water Parks in the Dells. The Lost World Outdoor Waterpark is located in the center of the Glacier Canyon Lodge. You don't have to walk any farther than outside of your Suite Door to get access to this Park. The Lost World is only open from Memorial Day until Labor Day so if you are staying during the cold season, you will have a longer walk to get to the Indoor Water Parks.
If you are staying during the Summer, it is great staying at the Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells because of the close proximity to all of the fun. This park has a Tube Drop where you stand in an enclosed tube at the top and wait for the floor to open below. The anticipation of this drop is more than many can stomach but those real thrill-seekers are going to love this ride. There are slow multi-lane, side-by-side racing slides where the family can compete to see who makes it to the bottom first. Add in a wonderful Kids Themed Water Splash Zone and a relaxing Lazy River to complete the wonderful water experience and you might never want to leave.

1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Suites
There is plenty of space for your get-together whether it is a large family reunion or you have a group of friends that you are traveling with. The Rooms at the Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells give you so many different configurations to choose from. The largest is the 3 Bedroom Premier Suite having a total of 1,600 square feet with the ability to house up to 16 guests. If that is a little larger than you need or if you are really trying to watch the money that you spend, there are also some Standard Rooms available as well. If you decide that one of the 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom Suites better suits your needs, know that each of these units come with a fully furnished Kitchen for easier cooking. The amount that you save when you have a Kitchen really adds up over the course of your stay.
Enclosed Walkways
The Wilderness Lodge is a massive resort and the Glacier Canyon Lodge is just a portion of what you have access to. Since it can be a cool walk, especially during the winter, to get to the Indoor Water Parks, the Walkways between the buildings are enclosed for your comfort.
The Standard Rooms come with the option of 2 Double Beds or 2 Queen Beds. The size is much larger than a standard hotel room at about 400 Square Feet so you don't feel cramped during your visit. Having a Suite with a Full Kitchen, Dining Room and equipped with an Electric Fireplace will make your stay that much more enjoyable. Each of the suites also has a nice Balcony for you to take in the beauty of nature.

Pros:
When you see over 80% approval rating, you know it must be a pretty nice place to stay. Many of the guests really love the Glacier Canyon Lodge because of how nice and comfortable the rooms are. Large parties especially enjoy the Lodge since it is able to accommodate so many large parties in the 3 Bedroom Suites. Kitchens are another big draw to the Suites at the Glacier Canyon Lodge Wisconsin Dells. Staying at this resort is not the cheapest option around but if you weigh in everything you get, both the Indoor and Outdoor Waterparks, with your stay, it can be a really nice option for your family. The Water Parks are designed to meet the needs and wants of everyone in your group or family. You have the large Water Slides and rides for the bigger kids and adults but you also have a Kiddie Splash zone in most of the locations as well. This is a well rounded option no matter what age your kids are.
Cons:
Some of the complaints stemmed from the long distance you have to walk to different areas of the Resort. Remember that the Glacier Canyon Lodge is situated around one of the major Outdoor Waterparks so if you are staying during the winter months, consider staying at one of the other locations that are closer to the Indoor Water Parks. There is a mixture of Customer Service Complaints and Praises. This can get a little confusing when so many people have such a great time and everything goes smooth while others have so many problems. I know that it is very important to make a good impression when things don't go as planned. Based on some of the reviews, this might be something that needs a little attention. I don't consider it a deal breaker though because it is still a pretty small percentage that had any problems at all.

Laundry
Each of the 1, 2, 3 or 4 Bedroom Suites by Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon Lodge has a Private Laundry in the Suite. There are also Coin-Operated Laundry facilities around the entire resort for those staying in more standard accommodations at the Wilderness Resort.
Dining
There are so many different places to eat, grab a snack or sit down and have some coffee that for the most part, you will not need to go anywhere else. Enjoy different dining experiences at all of the different places at the resort. If you want to get away from the crowds but still stay in the Wilderness Resort, try Monk’s. This restaurant is just a short shuttle ride away and gets you away from some of the normal crowds.
