Above all of the other positive comments about the Holiday Inn Express in Wisconsin Dells, the friendliness and politeness of the staff really stands out. In almost all of the reviews, the staff tops the list of compliments. The cleanliness of the rooms are next in line and many guests really enjoy the free, hot breakfast each morning.
Cons:
There were a few negative observations as well. Some having to do with the Hotel needing to be renovated. The managment has mentioned that renovations are in the works.
