The Colonial Motel is an economical option within walking distance to Bowman Park with playground and Basketball Courts. The location is perfect for taking a walk down the main strip to find many different restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The outdoor heated pool is open seasonally and has two (2) water slides.

From the reviews, the rooms are said to be clean but fairly small. The Colonial Motel Wisconsin Dells has multiple room types: Single Room with a Queen Bed, Double Beds, or two (2) Queen Beds. If you like an inexpensive place to stay, in the heart of Wisconsin Dells Downtown, the Colonial Motel Wisconsin Dells could be a good option for you. The reviews are very scattered but a good portion of the guests who stay at the Colonial Motel says, "it's a motel", the rooms are small but clean and it meets the need of having a place to sleep and enjoy the things around Wisconsin Dells without spending a lot of money. Also, many felt that the owners were very accommodating.
Cons:
The Colonial Motel also has a number of below average reviews so be sure to read through the Colonial Motel Reviews when booking your stay. The TV's mentioned are the older box style but some are saying that these are being upgraded. Also, the beds are mentioned to not be that comfortable and there are not many channels. No coffee pot in the room and if you want a refrigerator, you need to ask for one ahead of time.
