There is even a small Kiddie Splash park with a dumping bucket and plenty of fun fountains to splash around in. Across the street from the Noah's Ark water park.

Pros:
Guests really like the fact of staying right across the street from the Noah's Ark Water Park. It is so close that they can walk to the park. Other guests commented about the rooms being a good size.
Cons:
At such a high rate of below average comments, you know there have to be some issues to consider. Ratings can change over time with different management and upgrades so be sure to keep up with the latest Reviews before booking your stay. Many guests mention the run down condition of the Motel. The Management says that they are updating the rooms so it might be worth contacting the front desk if you are planning to stay to see if you can get an updated room. Still, others did not find the location inviting.
